In the Event of a Breakdown
Lines open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. The RAC have text facilities if you're hard of hearing.

New claims: 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 4pm Saturday. Existing Claims: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Making a change to or requesting information on your policy:
8am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 4pm Saturday.
